Default cat-back system

I'm looking for a cat-back system for my 2002civic coupe LX 5 SPD. I 'm interested in SKUNK2 .This brand has only the civic EX listed .Is this the same exhaust ?? Is there any difference between a LX and EX exhaust system??

I believe the LX has the cat directly on the exhaust manifold where the EX has it after the exhaust manifold. That's why they're listed as different systems.

what about this...

since most people go full exhaust anyway. what if he bought the header for his car. got the cat put in the midsection and bolted the skunk2 on with that. i think that would work withought breaking the bank

the only difference is cat placement. get an EX header too and you will be good.
