Do the cheap intakes on ebay work? or should i spend more money and buy an AEM?

will it work as an intake? yes. will it work better than the stock airbox? maybe. will it work as well as a brand name? no

They'll work, just not as good as a brand name. They probably won't fit as good either.

Stick with a brand name. You won't be disappointed.

if you get in on e-bay make sure you get it from a good company, else you might get one that dosent even fit (found this from other peoples experience)

plus you'll probably end up having problems with it... then you'll have to get another cheap intake which will cost you money in the long run. name brands are guaranteed to last longer.
