Is it worth adding SRI, Header and Exhaust system to this car? I know what you guys will say.. It is up to you.. But honestly.. It aint a v-tec.. It is slow.. Is it worth adding all this stuff? I can do all the work myself...

For the guys that don't think it is worth it, explain why.

For the guys that do think it is worth it.. explain why, and give me your idea of a good set up for this specific car.

Keep in mind, I live in Canada where we get brutal winters, and mad salted/sanded roads for snow. Land of the rust boys.

cheers.

It will add a few hp not a huge gain but noticable, I have an aem cai, and am about to get headers and full exhaust no cat converter for my d15b7, a/c and ps delete. Not much, but better than stock. FYI modding this motor gets expensive, swap it.

It is not worth it since you will hardly gain 5 hp out of the set-up.

What are your plans for the car? How much power would you like to see out of it? Usually, boost is best for the D series if you want any type of decent power output. If you plan on boosting in the future, don't waste the money on something that would eventually be replaced.

If you are looking for a little more sound from the car when driving, an intake and a cat-back exhaust would be good. Check out the Apexi-WS2 catback. Go over to youtube and search civic exhaust and hear what you like.
