dc sport header

I just did some research and I realized that there are no 4-2-1 headers from dc sports that is carb legal for an 04 civic ex. Is that right? I thought all headers from dc are carb legal... I need it cuz I live in CA.

Looks like the 4-1 is legal but the 4-2-1 is not. I don't know why.

where is the stock catalytic converter located at in an 04 ex? is it on the stock header? Maybe it can pass emmissions if i dont have to remove my stock catalytic converter.

Tell me about it. I also live in CALI and emissions out here are a pain in the butt. You will definitely need something CARB legal.
