It looks like they only hooked a fan motor up to the intake. Looks sketchy to me,

umm.. i dont know super chargers / turbo's that quick.. but as far as i know.. they dont work by turning a switch on......

... and they dont cost $150 and they should add more than 13-14 HPs. If it would reliable and innovative, it would be branded and probably distributed by a more trusty aftermarket parts company i guess..
