I just purchased a 2006 EX. Its an auto but I would like to add a decent CAI.

Also what engine is in this?

 

1.8 liter sohc vtec

140hp at 6300rpm,and 128 lb ft tq at 4200rpm. (All models except SI)

Narrow timing chain

Single accessory serpentine belt with hydraulic tensioner.

Intake runner system that switch port length.

Mounting bracket, chain cover, and oil pump intergraded into one assembly.

A closed couple catalytic converter system and cylinder head with intergraded exhaust manifold.

2 piece engine block.

New vtec type system to help improve fuel economy.


Also just go for AEM, or Injen which are the most decent CAI's

u can check out something like www.froogle.com to price out cai's. Also u can use the search option on the forum and just type in Cold Air Intake and a BILLION topics will show up and be helpful.. as for ur engine code.. im not able to find it but ill keep looking for ya
