Bigger resonator, twin loop or stock muffler.

header*

I have a custom catback too and it sounds rice at about the same RPM. Do you have a resonator? If not, that will fix it probably, and also what muffler? A Twin-Loop is a really subtle performance muffler, and the stock muffler will lose you some power but still sound a lot better. More details on your setup would be helpful

And are you serious when you say its 4" piping all the way back....?

I think he's saying the muffler's outlet is 4"... 4" tubing is too big even for boosted cars...

I think a resonator would clear it up.. until then, maybe a silencer? You can pick one up for like $20, and they really quiet the sound down, so it won't sound too ricy
