Default Exhaust input needed

Hey guys.....
Currently have a 95 HB with stock piping and some sort of aftermarket cylinder muffler welded on.
Problem...I F'ing hate the noise it puts out. Very loud at wide open throttle, and not to quite when cruising. I tried removing the silencer and playing around with it...Not much difference, just a louder lower growl.

SO, I'd like to get some form of replacement muffler that will work out without killing the bank. Maybe in a month or two I can afford the famed Greedy EVO I see everyone saying to get, but currently 400 dollars is to big a grip to swing. Any thoughts on something a little quieter that will fit up with out finding a stock can to weld back on? ANy help is appreciated.

for like 25-35 bucks, you can get a long skinny cherry bomb and have it welded into the exhaust right behind the cat. keep the muffler on it, but add this in. it will quiet it down a lot. it should just replace the resonator.

Side thought...I can find a used Geddy SP2 for pretty cheap. Is this system any better then the EVO...or just as good?
