Exhaust Measurements!?
 

i am a newbie so excuse my stupid questions.. as i was reading through the posts and websites i have noticed for the exhausts it usually come with measurements such as 60mm for pipe n 115m for tips... what do these measurement stands for?? and how would i affect the performances??

The pipe measurement is the diameter of the pipe that the exhaust actually flows through. It's generally accepted that 2.25" (57.15mm) is good until you get a turbo. The tip measurement is the diameter of the muffler tip that will be at the back of the car, usually 3-4".

after turbo 2.5" is the generally accepted size (63mm)
