ebay is your friend. check it out. if you're looking for opinions, then i would recommend either greddy evo 2, or an apexi ws. they both sound really good. i have a hks, but they are on the pricey side. so check out ebay and see what you come up with.

as for power gains, unless your using forced injection your gunna get 3-5 hp out of an aftermarket exhaust tops, because stock honda exhausts are so well manufactured compared to most stock exhausts, so yeah, expect a top gain of 5 hp, maybe 8
