RE: Front mount Intake
cool concept but i dont see how much better it would be considering the air would have to go a complete right angle to get in that pipe... i dunno i could be talking out of my ass. doesnt it look a bit ricey tho?
|
RE: Front mount Intake
thast looks really ricey.............yes it would get colder air but it wont make a night and day difference

RE: Front mount Intake
See another reason I want to do this is I have a throttle body spacer with threaded inside which in a way spools up the air, making a turbo like sound,so when it gets to about 3.5 to 4 rpms it spools up it does make it pull a little harder, and you can hear it when you shift, its pretty cool, fakes people out all the time, and for those dum ass young kids that are like were is you intercooler well if I get a front mount it will be a little more believable, you know what I mean.

RE: Front mount Intake
yea, i gotcha but im not really feeling it tho.

RE: Front mount Intake
id go with just a regulare cold air intake..i dont think your gonna see any difference..
|
RE: Front mount Intake
But I am just trying to get that look you know. I know I dont got a turbo, and some people think I do but they see no intercooler.
