Default GReddy EVO2 Exhaust

I have a few questions. First, is there anything i can do to make my exhaust louder and secondly, does drilling holes in the back of the tip actually do anything

can i ask how this relates to the evo2 exhaust? also to answer your questions:
1) You can make your exhaust louder by getting an aftermarket one. The Apexi N1 is a loud one from a GOOD company. If you want BAD loud, just get any ebay muffler welded on.

2) What do you mean by drilling holes in the back of the tip?

well one of my friends, friend, had a cougar and he hit a rock or somethin of that matter and it knocked a hole in his muffler and it was of course a lot louder...but then again...don't know if thats abright idea..but assuming that you have the evo 2 and your wanting to make it louder...i don't know what year it is but you could run a test pipe....if thats not illegal

if you have a evo2 and you want it louder, sell it and buy a apexi n1. don't eff around with something good to TRY and make it better. won't happen.

btw, don't run with a test pipe. it sounds like sheit and also, it's pollution for everyone.

and regarding your friend and the rock... wow. that must have been some pretty big rock and a pretty rusted muffler.

yeah...when i use to have my old dakota and i wanted to put a new muffler on it he said to put cuts in it...needless to say i didnt go with his advise but i thought i would throw that out there...but the idea of test pipe sound is subjective...but true that on the pollution aspect

your right - i guess the test pipe sound is subjective. most people on this forum don't like the sound though

Take the resonator off and get a pipe to replace it.
