Default H/I/E Warranty Question

Hey Guys,

Im new to this site, and just today put the down payment on an '08 Honda Civic (I live in Australia, so its the Australian variation of the Civic) to pick up in December. I was wondering, I know it will be different in Australia in terms of warranty, but what are some of you guys with the new civics experince on voiding the new car warrenty by modifying your civic?

The mods I plan for it are:

H/I/E
Lowering it
17 inch rims
Lip Kit

Cheers,

Jonesy

You might be good except the header part. Header will probly void it. Problem is I quit caring a couple months ago. Im planning on supercharging my 07 si and telling the warranty to shove it. Sorry but I like to live, the warranty can bite me. Im getting as much fun out of this car as possible until I decide what Im going to do in 2 years when the lease is up. Im thinking 08 Charger . Man gas is going to be killing me...

i have a 2007, and i have done all that as of now. once you lower it, you void the warrenty on your suspension, however, its an easy fix to replace if anything should go wrong. once you install the catback exhaust you void the exhaust warrenty, which is nothing as well because you can just slap it back on there.
as far as the header goes, if you install it and something should go wrong wiht your engine, the only thing that wont be warrentied is the actual "head", everything else will still be okay. CAI, or SRI, doesnt void anything, you can leave it on. it also depends on who you know. i bring my car to the same people i've been dealing with now for years and they said that if anything should ever go wrong they would validate the warreny either way, but they would write everything in and replace everything as if it were stock, i would just need to remove the aftermarket parts.

honestly tho, it's a honda, not a mustang or anything else, you dont even need a warrenty, nothings going wrong with that car.
