me personally i would go with a DC header, only because the company is good, and i have heard great things about them, but that is up to you, plus i think they are kinda pricey!!!

for the high flow cat, idk, i dont pay to much attention to them, i need a new one, or atleast neeed to punch mine out, but im sure others on here know alittle more on this subtecj then me so....

A bang for the buck would be Hedman Header aka Chikara. Mine has been doing fine.

thanks ive only heard good things about DC but about punching out your cat i wouldnt... thats something you need for emissions laws and you cant fix them after you do it, and OEM cats are expensive

DC header and Magnaflo 2.25" inlet/outlet weld-in cat. Run you 500-600 for both.

second what chimera said. but if you want a REALLY good cat get a Random Technology one. they keep you emissions free and they flow just as well if not better than a test pipe. theyre expensive tho..around 250ish.

If you are going the Random Tech route, keep in mind that you will NEED to get a top piece header ONLY! The Random Tech cat for the 7th gens consists of the cat & header "B" pipe which would normally be from the cat to where the 4 pipes come together.

I.E. you will need something like this...
Ohhhh yeah click me b*tch
