Whats the difference between ceramic and chrome header???? Which one is the best to use????????

chrome is mostly for looks. In my opinion, not worth the extra money. In fact, it may not be as good as ceramic performance wise.

yeah, ceramic is impervious to heat, so it will last longer. chrome is just for looks, its probably mild steel inside. the ceramic has a ceramic coating inside and sometimes outside. i think it flows better too, not sure though.

Here's an awnser to your question. Chrome header will discolor due to high heat, and the color wont be very shiny any more. Ceramic header is specially coated to not discolor. It will always look new.
