Header question

Hi,I need to get a new header because the one I have currently has a small hole just above the middle flange. It is not worth welding it as was suggested to me by a few "car guys" at work.It was a dc 4-2-1 2 piece ceramic coated one.I think a stainless one would be better but would like suggestions.Stock 98 ex civic just a few bolt-ons right now no FI.Winter weather+salt + plastic cover bowed from backing up during winter caused snow to build up right were the hole is. Something I just thought of I would like it to be for street use only.So am not as concerned with top end except for passing/merging on the highway.

DC is a decent name, but definitely not worth the money. If you have the time, fix it and see what happens. If it does not work out, you can pick up an OEM header cheap from a junk yard or something, or a $100 Megan racing header will be the same as the DC header.
