HELP exhaust issues

i have a 04 civic EX im looking at upgrading it and putting a new header, high flow cat, and cat back exhaust system. With this new exhaust will it mess anything up, such as the throuttle body, or over heat my transmission( its an automatic), or any problems in the engine( its a 1.7L) that you guys might know of? Any help would be great!

if you get a soldering gun and glue the throttle body shut then you should be fine. then take the spark plugs out and put diesel glow plugs in that will give it more power. then just take the exhaust system off and leave it, it might sound like crap but you'll go deaf in a whie and wont even hear it!

..... he's joking... you're joking, arent you?:D If swapping a header etc was going to cause issues then no one would buy them... no worries, your 7th gen is safe.

No im serious i did it to my 07 civic and put a turbo on there. with all that other stuff. It cranks out about 300 constant horsepower at 6K rpm. so you never need to hit the gas just constant raw power always ready for whenever. then when i wanna stop i just put in the clutch and when i wanna go its just like popping the clutch everytime gives every street racer a run for his money and every rider! but ya it works, not too good on gas and i have to rebuild the engine every 3000 miles but it sure delivers the power.
