Help with manifold/header

I'm going to order my exhaust manifold/header and ive been looking at the TODA one toda manifold/header but the thing is i havent heard anything about this being used on a street car, especially as its spring clipped together not bolted (look at the picture at the join between the sections).

so my question is this, should i bother with the TODA one? if i do will it effect the road safety test on the car (MOT)?

or go for a spoon one (my second choice)?

or go for another one (assume cash is no object - selling kidneys for the sake of the car)?

Wow! First off, $1000 for a Toda header........hmmmmm.

I don't think you should get the Toda header if you plan on street use. It probably won't pass either emissions or certification tests. (1 of the 2 tests) If you look at the website, it says "This header features a larger JDM 2.5 inch collector for maximum power and is for off-road use only!"
I think the reason it's clipped together is that it's made for racing. (The springs can be quickly taken off, then it's an easy removal of the engine with part of the header still attached.)
