Oh one other thing... I've read a few reviews that say you should reset the ECU for better mileage when you install SRI/CAI. Any truth to this?

As far as I know, you should reset the ECU after each mod you do to your engine...I think it alters maps a bit to account for the extra throughput

I dont think its completely necessary to do it after every mod. It can't really hurt I suppose, but a CAI isnt going to change the miture THAT much. The ecu should adjust itself to accomodate the cai.

Just a question, which is better to get, a CAI or short ram?

Haha about the 10000th time i've seen that question but for original topic question probably 1 hour and no you dont need to take your front bumper off to install should be just a straight bolt on.

I just got my AEM CAI in the mail today, and this will be my first mod. So I'm with Auto here.... is there a DIY with pics out there? Any other words of wisdom before I start my very first mod. (I did change my oil and plugs the other day... I know pathetic... but you gotta start somewhere, right?)
