How Strong is 3M Tape - CAI
this ebay web ad did not mention 3M tape - but others do.
I cannot see 3M tape holding this - Anyone with experience with it(?):

spoke in gross generalization.
but it could be part of that system - just not closed - IMHO
i had meant for it to be functional - not the cosmetic stuff that is so oftened attired

first, u'll need to cut a hole in ur hood for it to work. second, u prolly wont notice a power difference. third, will look bad IMO. a "normal" CAI will do just fine...

that was my big question - none of the sellers show the underside - so i have no idea what it is like. guess i could send a request to see an underside picture.

Personally, I'd buy a piece of sheet metal and try to fab it myself before I spent $50 on something like that. Of course, that is *if* I were to actually want something like that.
