i have a d16y7 if i put headers, will i lose power ?

Megan headers ? Do i have to buy a hi-flowcat too ?

Header will definately not make you lose power. If you get a header for a d16y7, the cat is in the header itself, and i heard those kind of suck. I have a d16y7 just like and i got a header for a EX instead of DX. It fit perfect and instead of having the cat in the header i just dont have a cat at all. Illegal, but it performs well. If you still want a cat you can get a high-flo cat and weld it into your exhaust or get a bolt on one and then get an EX cat-back exhaust to match it.
