Default I need help!!!!!!!

Alright...well for about a week now i've been trying to find out how to re-wire (if possible) my v-tec or re-ground it so that it kicks a lot harder...last week i purchased an exaust and i knew the guy and he was telling me that there is a way that i can make my v-tec kick a lot harder by grounding straight to the...and then i don't remember what else he said...i asked him if he could do it but he said that he hasn't checked out the 07 si engine...so if someone could please tell me what i'm lookin at or what i can do...i know about the controller but i don't want to spend money in that subject just yet...

Default RE: I need help!!!!!!!

1) it's not possible to "re-wire" v-tec. kicks in a lot harder? what do you mean by that?
2) read this: This is how VTEC works!!
3) adding grounding wires doesn't make VTEC "kick in" harder. it just will make your idle smoother.
4) you probably can get a VAFC II (VTEC Air Flow Controller) for your car: here's the specs your looking for
"The VAFC II also allows for the VTEC engagement point to be manipulated from 3000-7000 RPM, including the new i-VTEC systems"
5) you don't gain much HP when your car engages in vtec; you waste more gas though
