i got a used injen cai for 7th gen civ ex man trans for $120, its sweet and i havn't had any trouble with it....i love it, i think you'll be happy with either....you could also get an ebay cai, the mounts may not line up as exect and you prolly want to buy a better filter, all in all if you go ebay cai $30-$50 and better filter, you may sneakk in under $100

i'm planning on getting either the weaponR secret weapon or an AEM cold air intake (NOT V2, cuz it wont fit in my car).

i have a 1997 civic LX automatic sedan.

can someone tell me about their weaponR and can someone tell me about their AEM?

thnx

don't let that sway your decision, unless you live in a hurricane zone, don't worry bout cai vs. sri, worry about how much gain your getting. And for the info I have driven through HORRIBLE storms in my V2 that is in the fender well (pretty much cai but with the resonating sound frequencies that push slightly more air into the engine) and had no problems. Only time my car lurched a little is when I drove through a creek in a flash flooding zone cuz I had to get home before the storms got worse. I kind of just like coasted through it.

I have an INJEN CAI and have driven through deep puddles....it is the best CAI i have ever had....The power gain feels resonable for an CAI, and the sound is nice....INJEN FTW! (i have a 7th gen CAI)
