Default Injen CAI

Has anyone installed the Injen CAI on a 06-08 Civic Si WITHOUT cutting the holes into the splash guard?

nah, you have to remove the bumper and Injen directs you to cut an opening in the primary and secondary splash guards for the pipe bend to run into. i don't wanna cut it if i don't have to so as to avoid water or debris getting in.
