INTAKE OPTIONS

hey i am from ontario canada and i have a 99 si with a sohc v tec engine in it. currently i have a no name cai with a ractive filter on it. it sounds pretty good when its warm out but can i be expecting any more sound or pull with an AEM cai or a aem short ram or possibly even a v2? im just curious to know if there is any point in spending more money on a intake if its basically going to do the same thing? like if it will be louder at idle and when my foots on the throttle then i might consider going an aem. get back to me and let me know about this application on my engine thx

RE: INTAKE OPTIONS

It's gonna be the same no matter what intake you get, the diff. in sound is in the filter. The cheap paper filters whisle, and the K&N filters sound nice, but if u want it to be loud stick to short ram cuz you wont really hear anything from a CAI cuz it's so close to the ground.
