i thought about this awhile ago and also wondered if i some how route an a/c vent directly into the TB. that would mean really cold and forced air. but also thought that it would constantly be forcing the same amount of air in and it wouldnt make much of a difference

you guys i aint gonna do it!
BS. You wanted to until we jumped all over you.

Just to make things clear, so you understand. The intercooler uses outside temperature air to cool down HOT air. not to cool down air that is already cool. The air coming into the intercooler is hot because it was just touching the EXHAUST GAS in the turbine housing! That's why it needs to be cooled down. Using 70 degree air to cool down 500 degree air, is practical. Using 70 degree air to cool down 70 degree air isn't going to do ****.

and I don't know what to say to the a/c thing? are you joking??

.....? No MXS, actaully if you read my very first post, im just asking if there would be any gains and that i'm just brain storming. Where in that post does it say "i want to do this" or "i'm planning on doing this" ?

ok, I guess I misread your second post where you said "I really want to." But I hope you actually understand now WHY there would be no gains

A little of subject, but i was wondering if anyone know somebody who has a NOS intercooler spray. I was really thinking of getting one. It just basically sprays really cold air on the intercooler. I heard some gains are like 35whp

get the CRY02 system, its cheaper, and C02 is damn cold too........and its like 4$ to fill the bottle with C02 at a paintball shop.
