Intake / Header / Exhaust to start, that will give you maby 10 hp, and it will sound alot nicer. You will also want to run a general tuneup if it hasnt been done recently, things such as new air filter, oil filter, oil, antifreeze flush and fill, new plugs, wires, cap and rotor. You may also consider a system cleaner like seafoam, it works pretty good at cleaning off carbon buildup, although you wont have much with such a new car.

I think it's safe to say it's probably in pretty good shape.

My modding advice? Trade it in for an Si. Seriously. The aftermarket is huge, and you can pick up an Si pretty cheap now. My dad swapped his 06 EX with 30,000 miles for an Si, and only paid a couple grand on top. 60hp and the most moddable Honda motor for three grand is a pretty good deal.

With gas prices I wanted something practical for a DD. Thinking S2000 for my drive car. But I want the Civic to sound good / look clean although it is an auto.

Eh, if you just want it to sound good and look clean like you say, then throw on an intake and exhaust.

The R18's aren't very mod-friendly though.

Just go with a good intake, exhaust and maybe a header and I just did added a brand new whole suspension swap and have a front strut bar and it was def. worth doing the suspension. I can hold just about every turn I come up on and never have to let off...Then again my car isn't super fast but its getting there lol! Suspension upgrades are def nice!
