the only thing i found that will fit a 91 dx sedan would be a bosal system...

Nope, not for 4 doors that I've been able to find. Only the Greddy one for 91 hatchbacks

 

Do you have a sawzall and a welder? If so, just build one! All the necessary parts to build an exhaust fairly reasonably off ebay. Get a length of 2.25" pipe, some pre-fab mandrel bends, a resonator, and a muffler... spend a day hashing it together and voila!
