RE: MAJOR O2 SENSOR PROBLEM! HELP!!
ok, this is probably not goint to help but anyways. When I replaced my old header with a dc header, I had the same problem, it turned out that I was twisting the wrong way. Make sure you are loosening and not tightening it. Spray it with we40 several times.

ORIGINAL: fast93civic I had the same problem, it turned out that I was twisting the wrong way. Make sure you are loosening and not tightening it. I've never worked with oxygen sensors, but for getting tough bolts off, instead of WD40 I use a penetrating oil like PB Blaster, a long breaker bar, and, um, a hair dryer (because I don't have a heat gun). |
RE: MAJOR O2 SENSOR PROBLEM! HELP!!
good luck getting that thing out. i broke mine off and ending buying a new one, but mines only like $130. I ended up paying a shop to drill the thing out though. Check autozone...thats where i got mine...
