Mounting hardware, where does it go?

Hey guys newbie here :) Anyway I have bought many ebayed intakes (all cold airs) anyway I always get mounting gear and this black strap but I have no idea where it goes. I have a 97 civic ex coupe if that helps. Heres a pic of the stuff I always have leftover. I'm asking where this mounts exactly cause my intake makes a rattle noise when I take it @ high rpms to quickly. Hopefully when I get this stuff on it'll hold it up and prevent it from hitting. I hope to have inside engine pics and better mounting pics. Till then I guess this will work.

Thanks guy.

So does anyone know where those go? Somewhere near the fender? Exclude the blue tubing I know where that goes

The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is the U shaped part should tuck underneath one of the clamps and the rest bolts to an existing threaded hole.

Ya I think it bolts onto existing holes somewhere near the fender I just don't know where, I tried to figure it out but no dice. Just wondering if anyone who has figure it out can tell me where exaclty.

Those kits are actually universal, so you might not end up using all of the pieces, just as long as its held down onto something, it will be ok.

Yea thing is I think my CAI is rattling somewhere near the fender when I take RPMS to high to quickly (It only happends when im in motion, if I rev it nothing happends) And it sounds like crap at times. So thats why I wanted to see where these went hopefully to fix the "rattle"
