My 04 civic gained 4 mpg, I even put the stock air box back on to run a test and sure enough, it adds over 40 miles per tank

i honestly didnt notice much of a gain at all.

Great! I definately want to get some little goodies but I wanted to make sure that it didnt get worse mileage. Thanks for the help guys.
