muffler
Im looking on buying a 93 ex woundering if the 1.5 muffler would fit on the 1.6 v-tec??? i guess the only thing thing that could be diffrent is the header mount the rest should be fine

RE: muffler
yeah Mufflers usually don't have anything to do with Liters or it having V-Tec. Should fit, and if its not a direc weld they can bend a pipe to make it fit.

RE: muffler

RE: muffler
thats a whole exhaust system man....not a muffler.
CatBack: http://www.sharkracing.com/acecart/b...ck-singl_9.jpg Muffler: http://www.riderevolution.com/images...on/1005574.jpg And yeah, i coudlnt tell you if it would fit or not if you have the cat-back. Usually you need specs on the car, not the liter. For example: DX, LX, SI, Coupe, Hatchback, Sedan, 96-00, etc. Give us specs on what car the exhaust came off of and then we can help. |
RE: muffler
both cars are the same years n both are sedans the car the muffler is on is a 93 4dr lx n the 1 im trying to buy is 93 4dr ex

RE: muffler
ex just means VTEC, power everything. i think so you should be fine

RE: muffler
off of my 1.5 motor whats the hp gains with a magna flow??
|
RE: muffler
yeah man you'll be legit :)
As far as gains, I/H/E all take power away from one end and give it to the other. You'll proly lose a little low end but gain quite a bit of high end. Dont worry about losing the little bit of low end though man, catback exhaust are a very worthy investment. GL! |
