New to Honda

Hi just bought a 2000 civic Si after finally being frustrated enough with my 2001 audi a4 1.8t and I had a couple questions since I'm new to Honda. From what I've read I should start off with intake, exhaust, and headers. I've read many suggestions that are offered but still am a little confused. What intake, Headers, exhaust should I get? I want the exhaust to have a deep sound not loud, any suggestions would help. Also is there any others suggestions on what i should do.

Thanks in advance,

New and happy to be with Honda Mike

Check out the rs*r exmag, greddy evo2, apexi ws2 for starts. My personal fave...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hccgwUz4z2Y\

-deep sound not too loud=greddy sp2, the evo is louder
-you only need one header, not headers, but dc sports 4-2-1 ceramic coated header is one of the best
-intake, most will probably say aem, but I like the secret weapon r intake

bisimoto's better... dyno proven 15hp gain... too bad they're like $500 if you find a good deal. Also, you can't run a/c with them.

Magnaflow Catback Exhaust
DC Header
AEM CAI or SRI

I think that would be a good setup if you want to get those 3 things.

dc header is like $300 and gives about 5-7hp increase. I was just curious what car/engine with what mods they did that dyno on?

I would do the same thing I did, but then again, I'm a bit biased!
