OK i got a 1998 Honda Civic Dx coupe with a Sohc engine.
I was wondering what kind of upgrades I should put into it.
Now keep in mind that I am gonna do a DOHC swap in a year or 2.
I just need to know what i can buy and put on now and then transfer later.
Also if you guys could tell me what you paid I would be very thankful.
Thank you and anyone else got some good engines i could put in?

Well you could start with buying my b16a2 bottom end to build into a beast :D

Header, intake and exhaust will do for now.

Well... if you're going from SOHC to DOHC there's not much you can do seeing as very few d-series parts transfer over to b-series.

So... start on your exterior? Throw on some new headlights/taillights, mirrors, lip kits, body kit, blah blah blah blah i'm drunk and need a cigarette.

nah man, stay away from the exterior looks of the car, go with performance mods first and maybe a few exterior mods like suspension drop and possibly rims. but i agree with Remmy, get intake, header, and exhaust systems then worry about the look of the car. And no need for a body kit (in my opinion atleast). Just lower it, put rims on it, head lights and thats bout it but after you get your intake, header, and exhaust mods.
