Default Next, please?

I am looking for your expert advice. What next? I have an 03 Civic EX. Already done cat back, suspension drop, rims, great tires, brakes and a couple of appearance mods.
So, next, CAI or a header? I can't afford to do both at the same time, but would like to have added both those mods by this time next year. What would YOU do?
Thanks!
(If it matters, I am going to drive this car FOREVER and I prefer to do performance mods with high quality products only)

It doesnt really matter, id go with an intake first. Aem, injen or if your a jdmer the top fuel intake.

Post some pics of your car, I always like to see clean 7thgens on this site.

Go with the cai first for the added throttle response.
