Hey guys just got into the world of car tuning and I want to start on my 99 EX. 5 Speed, has the D16Y8 engine. I was wondering, in your personal opinion what the best upgrades would be to begin with. Already have an AEM cold air intake with a spectre filter, just replaced the fuel filter since it was pretty clogged up. Other than the intake what would your next step be, headers? Intake manifold? Exhaust? Any suggestions are appreciated. Also what brands would you go with and where would you buy from? Thanks for the input!

Well for this 99 Civic I want everything redone so it looks real clean, maybe recolor the interior. Also have a turbo somewhere in the end plans but probably not for a long time. And who would you suggest buying through for performance parts?
