I want to put on a Skunk2 Pro Series intake manifold and match it with a 62 or 64mm TB for another honda on ebay. What do you guys think?

Your not gonna feel much difference unless you have cams.

That was gonna be the main thing after this. How much would a cam install cost? Or could I do it myself?

You can do the cams yourself...And the Skunk2 intake manifold is a very good manifold that is good for roughly 8-10hp bolt on.. I have one and I also have it port matched to my 68mm throttlebody... You will see an increase in your top end power even without the cams, but of course those will just help even more.

I got a few new questions. 1)What is the biggest size opening that your intake mani can handle (on a d16y8)? 2) If your intake mani only had an opening of 64mm, would there be any reason to have a bigger sized throttle body?

I appreciate anyone who puts up with my questions.
