i jux gutter my catalytic converter and when i hit 6000-7000rpm is start lagging ....was you guy think it migh hav happen?...

Is your car relativily stock? If so, It might have disrupted your car's natural "flow". Or by doing that you gained power on the low end but lost some on the top.

oh yea.........i feel more gain for 1500rpm to 5000rpm...it take off quiter ...but on the top end it start to loose power......yea my car is stock!.....what should i do now i already gut my cat....or should i buy a new catalytic converter?

invest in a performance cat. a gutted cat wont help performance.

beleive me when i say "no offense", but were you drinking during the install, and it took a couple beers longer than anticipated?

An intake and a cat-back (header maybe) would prolly fix the problem or atleast some of it. You now have to have alot of force pushing that air through your exhaust. It might not be that loud now, but if you get even a midly loud catback, it will be LOUD w/ the gutted cat. If you don't like the sound, then go for a hi-flow cat. There are some cheap ones like magnaflow that are good. But the best is Random Technology ($$) so I've heard.

yall know were can i get a cheap cat-back? what other thing can i do to get more force pushing the air through the exhaust like right now i got a after market intake, 4 in 1 dc header and a muffler kits .......and yea is fun to drive with gutting cat when u double cluth it pill out and it take off very quit[sm=exactly.gif][sm=shootshoot.gif]
