Default Replace IACV or entire throttle body?

Recently completed CVT to manual conversion on my 98 HX. New manual ECU is expecting a 2-wire connection to the IACV, my IACV is currently 3-wire. Can I simply replace my current 3-wire IACV with a 2-wire IACV (will a 2-wire fit?), or will I need to replace the whole throttle body w/ 2-wire IACV already attached.

I'm doing all this based on the following article I read:

Thanks!
