short ram question
i definitly want one, but is this one a good intake or a cheap rip off? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/96-97...QQcmdZViewItem
if it is as good as a AEM which i want, should i get that? it just seems so cheap for a car part. |
RE: short ram question
Cheap rip off! Go Ingen cause AEM sux ass.

RE: short ram question
^^ not cool...acctually they both have equally well built products...most DO prefer AEM over Injen though
|
RE: short ram question
injen and aem are essentially the same product. i believe, and correct me if im wrong, the creator of injen was before hand an engineer or designer for aem. both are great products and it all boils down do what u think looks better and price...

RE: short ram question
^+1.

RE: short ram question
def. all the responses i was expecting ;)

RE: short ram question
ive been using a cheap ebay intake cold air intake... and its worked great.... only thing i will eventualy swap out is the air filter. ;)
i dont see why any other brand would be beter... its a smooth pipe and a filter on the end ;) only thing that might boost performance alittle is to wrap the intake tube with some insulating material to block out the engine heat alittle beter. |
RE: short ram question
i know the V2 has like an extra layer tube near the filter that supposedly flows air better, i cant explain it like some people on here...but its like the 'Next' think..ya know?
