So header install is a PITA
 

So I installed my edelbrock header, but there is still a bit more to do. The first thing is the o2 sensor. How am I supposed to extend it to get it to fit in the bung on the lower portion of the header? ALl they gave me were 4 wires... And do I even need to have an o2 sensor? Cause they provided a "donut" to seal off the bung.


Second problem is that I screwed up one of those nuts that go on the top part of the manifold. It has no thread on it. So where can I get one of those nuts?

i cant be positive from the pics, but those wires look like they have butt connectors on em, so i think they want you to the current harness in half, and crimp the wire extensions in. thats my best guess, but someone with more experice might say otherwise

You need the O2 sensor or else you'll throw a CEL.

Just snip the plugs off each set of wires, and use the new wires to extend. I would cut those gay butt plugs off though and solder it for a more secure connection
