"Some products listed are legal for sale or use in CA only on vehicles which may never be driven on a public highway. Parts with a CARB EO# are legal in all 50 states, California included, and are designed for pollution controlled vehicles. Check your state and local laws regarding the use of any performance products. Prices, materials, design, specifications and part numbers are subject to change without notice. If there is any specific application question please contact GReddy Performance Products, Inc. before purchasing to verify application/ fitment. Using parts not intended for an application can result in breakage and is not recommended."

in california most cops listen to the noise/ sound of the exhaust rather than a carb sticker. a cop even pulled me over and said all aftermarket exhaust is illegal. but you can bring it to the state ref to have it tested for the noise decibel. i think in cali its 92 db. i guess you ca use the carb legal sticker to prove to the court or police that the exhaust is legal

it lacks the carb legal sticker... and no i dont have any documentation...
im not worried about cops pulling me over for it because its very quiet, im more worried about having to get it smogged. but hopefully it wont be a problem.
