i think that with a carbed car or the throtle body like on older chevys that sprays fuel into the engine through the throtle body might get a couple horses from the tornado, because those systems have a hard time mixing air and fuel equally and evenly giveing them to each cylender, thats why they switched to putting the idividual injectors into each intake port. so mabie 2 hp? and 0 fuel economy.

 

my bet is a loss in hp.
