Ok, I've decided Im going with the Crower stage 1 cam for my d16y8. I have an intake, header, and exhaust so hopefully that'll help it some too. Ok, I need something else around the lower/mid $200 area that will give me a little more power. Got any suggestions...other than a cam gear cause Im getting one those already. But yea I need a lot of suggestions...would a test pipe or IM do anything for me with that new cam and everything else I have? I heard IM's won't do anything and can actually hurt you without A LOT of power under the hood. Is that true? Anyway, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

 

IM can hurt your power, but just dont go overboard. go with the Skunk2 one. its made for NA, not turbo, like many out there are. or look into getting yours ported. like Extrude Hone. i think its more than 200 though. but it should show some great gains over stock, and even over a few aftermarket ones.
