It's pretty easy to have a shop ceramic coat any header you have, and chances are it would be better than the DC sports ceramic coatings which look to be thin.
I had my exhaust manifold and hot piping (between the twins and the downpipe) coated and it made a noticeable difference in spoolup once the engine was warm (once heat soak set in).
