Will this CAI fit my car?

I found a guy selling a cold air intake, and i asked him if it would fit my 94' lx sedan. He said he doesnt know, but if selling it because he has two ef's and no eg's, so it doesnt fit his. Does anyone know if it would possible fit my car?
