02 Ex lowering

being as its a d17 its somewhat pointless to do anything to the engine but as far as looks, how much does it generaly run to have an 02 lowered, along with that, what would be a good place to get the parts for it?

The D17 isn't pointless to mod.. Some think so, but there has been some good results. I know someone who has a D17a2 I/H/E, and a 75 shot of Nitrous and runs 14.3 in the 1/4 mile, which isn't bad for a D17 and possibly 200whp.

But, I would go with possibly Tokico Blues and Tien s-techs, or if you want, go with coilovers, preferably Ground Control/Koni Yellows. The Tien s-techs offer a 1.5" drop.

you can find good name brand parts on ebay. you'll just have to know what you want ahead of time before searching on ebay, and then search for the specific brand part you want.
cost depends on what you want. do you want springs (non-adjustable (the amount they lower your car will be listen on their sale page), better ride comfort), or coilovers (adjustable, worse ride comfort)?
springs cost less than coilovers and are just as good of quality, they're just not adustable.

generally when lowering your car you want to buy nicer shocks/struts because the lower ride can cause the stock shocks to blow out soon. you can get some kyb GR2's on ebay for a pretty good deal, or some tokico blues.
