compare the weights and prices and decide which one is more worth it to you. i know the slips are a good deal for how light they are, not sure about the kosei's though.

I prefer the rotas over the koseis, but i'd go with the lighter of the two.

I believe there's one factor you left out, Sac: dependability. I'm faced with almost the same choice. I'm looking at the same 2 wheels, but in 15" size. I want bang-for-buck wheels too, but I don't want a bent or broken wheel. I'll take my car to a few track days and maybe try auto-x. I've read a couple threads on another forum about Rota Attacks from a couple years ago having problems with cracking and breaking (Rota offered to replace them all), but I haven't seen any complaint specifically about Slipstreams. Do any of you Slip or K-1 owners have anything to say about reliability of these wheels?

Jimmy, you are looking at 15"s. That is a hell of a sturdy wheel. Youll also have more rubber on that thing too and even if you hit the nastiest of potholes you will virtually never get a crack or bend. My 2 cents.

Thanks, Remmy.

I'm guessing that you're talking about the Slips, not the K-1's, right?
