because i just recently went through a bunch of crap with the headlight ticket and everything i was wondering something....the CHP explained to me the my headlights were legal because they have the white bulbs and they have a yellow side marker...now correct me if i'm wrong but the JDM headlights don't have and yellow at all (that i saw)...so is that why many civic's have a those side markers on the fender? just wondering.

 

The JDM headlights do not have the orange side markers, but as for that being part of the law, I have no idea. Personally, I dunno if JDM lights are worth getting a ticket over.

 

i was just wondering cause i like the way they look....but i'm still going to stay with the ones i already have (now i know their legal)

 

i believe that the headlights need to have that yellow side marker to be "legal"

 

you are supposed to put an amber bulb in the sidemarker hole.

 

what if you have head lights with no yellow side marker but u add the jdm side markers that go on the fenders. can they give u a ticket then. you still have side markers.
