just got a 2003 civic ex coupe want to make it look nice....any suggestions on suspension i wanna drop it LOW

 

Tein coilovers would be the best but also the most expensive

 

if you want to go as "LOW" as you say, then you're gonna want coilovers. You can still drop pretty low with springs though. Springs are cheaper, so if you're on a budget you want to buy springs. Tein, Eibach, and H&R(their "Race Springs") make springs that drop pretty low. Coilovers are adjustable though, so you can drop exactly to the height you want. Skunk2 and Tein are just a couple of good brands. I can't really think of any more right now. Just stay away from eBay springs and coilovers.

 

Go coilovers. I did springs on my civic and always wished I had gone with coilovers.
